    We'll meet to chat about your intention for your designs and create a plan to maximize them by optimizing your content and creative direction.

    We design your graphics and the initial designs are sent for your review.

    You'll send us your feedback and we'll make up to three rounds of revisions.

  • 4/ Launch

    We'll send you the final files so you can launch them with you're ready.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Before we begin, we need high-quality images, branding elements like logos and brand colours, and a general idea of the content.

Are you able to help on an on-going basis in the business?

We can help by being an on-going design partner for your business. Please enquire about your specific requirements and we’ll get back to you in 1-2 business days.

How long does a project take to finish?

Every project is different and requires its own lead time. However depending on the requirements of the project, our average turn around time is between 1-2 weeks. This time includes the briefing meeting, rounds of revisions and export of the final design. Please let us know the timings that are unique to your project.

What format will the final graphics be delivered in?

We can deliver graphics that are complete (non-editable) in the following formats:

  • pdf
  • jpeg
  • png
  • gif
  • HTML (ideal for email marketing)

Please note that editable files are available but at a fee:

  • Adobe Indesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop

Will I have ownership of the graphics once they're completed?

Once your graphics are completed, they are all yours! Nonetheless, the working files will not be included in the ownership but can be provided with a fee.
